do pet dog's help the homeless increase their daily begging income? It is said that a significant percentage of London's homeless aren't in fact homeless and do have somewhere to stay at night. I didn't ask this guy about his particular circumstances and don't believe such a personal question would have been appropriate. He does have the basic essentials in order to get some sleep if he was homeless and that is a sleeping bag. Where his dog sleeps is another question worthy of an answer. The man is probably in his forties and is sitting with his dog within the sleeping bag in a prime central London spot so will be seen by thousands of London visitors and workers. What that translates money wise is another question I'd be interested to know but if the man is genuinely homeless it's a bleak existence at best but at least he has his dog for company. The dog looks well cared for if a little down in the dumps
