QUEEN ANNE STATUE AND PARTIAL VIEW OF ST PAUL'S CATHEDRAL (2008)

The Queen Anne statue (she reigned from 1702-1714) is situated in front of the main entrance to Christoper Wren designed masterpiece St Paul's cathedral. Although her name will bring looks of confusion to the majority of British people having never heard of her she was instrumental in the formation of the United Kingdom. Also the glory that was Britain's military dominance also had Her distant name all over it and She is also seen as a main motivator in Britain's so-called 'golden age' in the 18th century
