the choice of having a staue of the Mongolian warlord Genghis Khan erected at Marble Arch, close to shopping mecca Oxford street and also Hyde Park has caused some controversy. One person, Westminster Labour council member Paul Dimoldenberg believes there are more worthwhile historical figures to greet visitors rather than a genocidal warrior responsible for the death of millions. Fair point but would they look as cool as this staue?
