London building icon from the 1960's when it was called the Post Office tower this image is from a slightly later vintage and with it's new name of the BT tower, the BT is an abbreviation of British Telecom. For one night only the aesthetically pleasing cylindrical tower located in central London which incidentally has a rotating restaurant near the top is enacting one of the iconic elements from one of its favourite films - Star Wars. A huge fan of the light sabre fighting scenes, BT, sometimes known as Beattie gives its interpretation of the modern day sword and emits a glowing blue light up into the London sky at night
